1. Scope

These terms apply to curatedstartupdomains.com, operated by Tecsteps GmbH (see imprint). We sell only to entrepreneurs within the meaning of section 14 BGB, that is to companies, founders and self-employed persons acting in their business capacity. By sending an inquiry you confirm that you are acting in that capacity.

2. Listings are not binding offers

The domains and prices on this site are an invitation to make an offer, not a binding offer. Prices are proposed net prices in euro or US dollar, plus VAT where applicable. Descriptions, scores and domain history are provided for orientation without guarantee.

3. Inquiries and purchase

An inquiry or offer through the contact form is not binding for either side. A purchase only comes about through a separate agreement in text form, in which we confirm the domains, price and transfer. Payment and transfer run through an escrow provider. The domain is transferred once the escrow provider confirms payment.

4. Rights of third parties

We sell the domain names as registered. We do not guarantee that a domain can be used or registered as a trademark for a particular purpose. Please check trademark rights for your intended use yourself.

5. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence, for injury to life, body or health, under the Product Liability Act, for defects we have fraudulently concealed and for guarantees we have given. For slight negligence we are only liable for breach of essential obligations, meaning obligations whose fulfilment makes proper performance of the contract possible at all and on whose observance you may regularly rely; in that case our liability is limited to the typical, foreseeable damage. Otherwise our liability is excluded.

6. Law and jurisdiction

German law applies. The place of jurisdiction is Bernau bei Berlin, insofar as permitted by law.
